Throughout the off-season, the Boston Bruins have been linked to a bunch of trade rumors involving a goaltender.

But it was just confirmed, as the Oilers have completed a trade to acquire a goaltender, and it was not one of the Boston Bruins.
The Edmonton Oilers just revealed that they have acquired Connor Ingram from the Utah Mammoth.
In return, the Mammoth are getting future considerations.

According to the Oilers post, the Utah Mammoth are retaining $800,000 of his $1.95 million contract.

Oilers and Bruins have been in talks regarding a goaltender

With the Bruins having three goaltenders, and the Oilers looking for one, the Bruins and Oilers were linked together all off-season, and there was belief that a trade was going to take place.
Recently, there were reports that the Edmonton Oilers may claim Michael DiPietro off waivers if the Bruins placed him there, but now it's clear they will not be a team to put a claim in.
There are still rumors that other teams could take a swing at claiming Michael DiPietro off waivers.
