Ekholm Comments On Possible Bruins Trade.
Over the last couple of days we've heard the Boston Bruins attached to defenseman Mattias Ekholm of the Nashville Predators.�
The Predators are struggling way worse than what was expected and they've basically thrown in the towel and Ekholm has been labelled as the perfect fit for the Bruins' young blueline adding a much needed veteren presence.�
Multiple players are supposed to hit the trade block including Ekholm.�
With Ekholm's name making so much noise it's kind of hard for him to avoid it and he was recently asked about the rumors.�
"I don't try to focus on it too much. I try to focus on my game. I have two kids at home. I don't have too much time to worry about it.
With that being said, I understand that part of t. I read some of it, trying not to read a whole lot of it, because, I mean, nobody knows anything right now. I know that in my time in Nashville, I've been very fortunate to maybe not be in those conversations, as far as I know. But now, when I guess our team is doing bad, we understand nobody's happy, and neither am I with the way we've played so far. So with that comes decisions for management, and that's just a part of it. There not much I can worry when it comes to that."
Ekholm has also been linked to the Montreal Canadiens and Philadelphia Flyers.�
