BREAKING Bruins Place Tuukka Rask On IR.

To start, the team has placed goalie Tuukka Rask on injured reserve with concussion issues. Rask was elbowed to the head by Columbus Blue Jackets forward Emil Bemstrom and the team has received lots of criticism for it's lack of response in defense of Tuukka. 

This is Rask's third concussion of his career. 

Sweeney also announced the emergency recall of goalie Dan Vladar from Providence. Vladar has registered a 6-5-0 record with a 1.84 goals against average and .935 save percentage in 12 games this year down in the AHL. 

The team also announced the call up of forward Karson Kuhlman.
