The Boston Bruins and general manager Don Sweeney announced some roster news on Wednesday.
The team has placed forward Brett Ritchie on waivers.
Ritchie has played in 27 games so far this season and has even been used by head coach Bruce Cassidy in the top six a couple of times.
The 26 year old registered two goals and four assists in those 27 games.
