Boston Bruins head coach Joe Sacco has officially confirmed injured Mark Kastelic's fate for tonight's game.

On January 21st, the Boston Bruins placed Mark Kastelic on injury reserved after being injured on Jan. 20th against the San Joe Sharks.

Later Kastelic would confirm that he had entered concussion protocol for the second time that month.

Losing Mark Kastelic has been a big loss for the Boston Bruins as he brings a lot of energy to the lineup by throwing the body around, and not being afraid to stick up for teammates.

Since losing Kastelic, the Bruins have gone 3-3, but got embarrassed in two games losing 7-2 to the Buffalo Sabres, and then 6-2 to the Winnipeg Jets. Mark Kastelic possibly could've made a difference in both these games.

Now Joe Sacco has officially confirmed his fate for tonight's game.
