The Boston Bruins are in a tough position with Patrice Bergeron out a minimum of four weeks.
Can Jakob Forsbacka Karlsson get the job done?
Joe McDonald of The Athletic doesn't think the Bruins will have much patience when it comes to the situation.
According to McDonald, the Bruins are likely going to revisit their offseason interest in Minnesota Wild center Charlie Coyle.
General manager Don Sweeney and the Bruins made a push for Coyle during the summer but the price was simply too high.
Now McDonald thinks the Bruins could possibly get it done by sending either Ryan Donato, Danton Heinen or Anders Bjork to the Wild along with a draft pick.
If a deal were to be made, Coyle would be a great addition in the long run as he can play on the wing as well.
Should Sweeney get a deal done?
