The BostonBruins have said they're all in on trying to win a Stanley Cup again next year and will be looking to add some significant pieces into the mix.
We've heard various names thrown around but what about the biggest name on the trade market this offseason?
It's pretty clear that Jack Eichel's time with the Buffalo Sabres is over and he'll be shipped out of town this offseason.
It seems his destination of preference could be the Bruins.
On a recent episode of "Zip Trip" on Fox25, Eichel who scored 36 goals in 68 games during the 2019-20 season said it would be a dream come true to play for the Bruins.
"Every kid grows up dreaming of playing for their hometown team whether that's now or later on in my career," said Eichel.
The 24 year old who is from North Chelmsford played for the Jr Bruins and Boston University before making the jump to the NHL and it's very notable how he worded his response.
Do you think Eichel could help the Bruins raise another Stanley Cup?
