It seems almost impossible to remember the last time Patrice Bergeron was 100% healthy, and this summer was another rough one for the forward.
While nothing compared to his 2013 summer, Bergeron's start of the 2018 season is at risk.
The forward had offseason surgery for a groin injury and has had a set back in his rehab while also having to deal with back spasm issues which some believe could be related to his groin injury.
While a week ago we heard that Bergeron is likely to miss the full preseason and the start of his 2018 season is in question, we at least have small good news to update.
Bergeron hit the ice by himself on Friday prior to Bruins practice, while he's still far from skating with the team, he's at least skating at Warrior Ice Arena.
We'll learn more when he gets to talk to the media.
