Boston Bruins forward Brad Marchand has had quite the interesting week.
The Bruins pesky sniper has been named second star of the week in the NHL after racking up three straight game winning goals, he was fined for diving all while missing Sunday's game due to injury.
That injury came after he got into a collision with Chicago Blackhawks forward Anthong Duclair which has sidelined Duclair for the next couple of weeks.
Many called out Marchand immediately saying the collision was avoidable and took it as far to say that Marchand wasn't injured and was held out of Sunday's game in fear of retribution.
The latest news will definitely help boost those conspiracy theories as NBC's Joe Haggerty reports that Marchand was taking regular line rushes this morning alongside David Pastrnak and Riley Nash and it looks like he should be good to go against the Hurricanes.
This is great news with the Bruins seemingly having to deal with a new injury issue every week.
