Boston Bruins defenseman Hampus Lindholm just received some crucial injury news after having some surgery concerns.

Yesterday Hampus Lindholm's situation went from bad to worse for the Boston Bruins as some new news regarding his injury was revealed.

According to Scoops Keefe Hampus Lindholm fractured his kneecap from blocking Justin Faulks shot.

Hampus Lindholm went to the locker room shortly after blocking this shot from Justin Faulk. Looks like Lindholm took the puck off the left knee.
