Both Brady and Matthew Tkachuk stirred up quite some drama during the 4 Nations Face-Off tournament, and got fans more engaged in the game.
In their first game vs Sweden both brothers ended up scoring two goals for Team USA in their blowout win. Then heading into their game vs Team Canada, both of the brothers had an epic start by dropping the gloves just 3 seconds into the game.
While he was wearing the Red, White, and Blue it was hard not to cheer for Brady or like him, as opposed to his normal Senators logo he wears during the NHL. After watching him at the 4 Nations, it's hard for fans to not want the Senators to trade him to the Boston Bruins.
With the being said NESN has released three reasons why Brady Tkachuk would be a perfect fit in a Bruins uniform.
His Relationship with Charlie McAvoy
Going head to head against Team Canada in the round-robin game, Charlie McAvoy laid a massive hit on Connor McDavid along the boards giving his team momentum, and Jake Guentzel went on to score the tying goal just 30 seconds later.
Brady Tkachuk was on the bench hyping McAvoy up because of this.
McAvoy was not able to play the final two games of the tournament after suffering a shoulder injury in the first game against Finland. But McAvoy was in attendance and announced the starting lineup for Team USA players ahead of their gold medal game against Canada in the finals.
Brady went right up to McAvoy after reading the lineup and hugged him while he cried ahead of the final game.
He Has What It Takes To Be a Bruin
Tkachuk is one of the biggest agitators in the league and never shy's away from being physical.
In five games at the 4 Nations, Tkachuk landed 22 hits! In just five games, and ended up dropping the gloves with Sam Bennett.
He is the perfect player to wear the Spoked-B on his chest.
It's Time Brady Tkachuk Made The Playoffs
The Senators will more then likely make the playoffs this year unless they start piling up loses, but Tkachuk has been in the league for 6 years and has never made it into the playoffs.
Even with the position the Bruins are in, it would not take them long to turn things around, and Brady would be a big part of that.
