The Boston Bruins are gearing up for another Satruday matinee game and will be their second one in back-to-back weeks.
Last week the Bruins played one of their best games against the Colorado Avalanche when they came back after trailing 1-0 in the third period and spoiled Martin Necas' debut with the Avalanche. Today the Bruins will be looking to do the same thing after the Rangers announce Miller will make his debut today.
It hasn't been confirmed yet, but the Bruins may get gritty forward Mark Kastelic back today to help them snap their two-game losing streak against the New York Rangers.
Kastelic has been out of the Bruins lineup after suffering an upper-body injury in a game against the San Jose Sharks on January 20th, and was optimistic about returning following their morning skate this week.
Lindholm continues to progress towards making a return to the lineup, but Joe Sacco did confirm that he will not play tonight against the New York Ranger. The Bruins are expected to give the crease to Jeremy Swayman.
The Bruins made a surprising move with Matt Poitras. After spending a couple games with the top line, Poitras has been bumped down to the third line once again.
Puck drop at TD Garden for the Bruins-Rangers matchup is scheduled at 3:30 p.m. ET on ABC.
