The Bruins celebrated another NHL record on Tuesday night but attention quickly turned to Linus Ullmark, who left the game due to injury.
Just Precautionary?
During the third period of Tuesday night's game, Ullmark left for the locker room in some discomfort after sliding to one of his post to make a save.
After Boston's 5-2 win over the Capitals, head coach Jim Montgomery provided an injury update on the goaltender - who was credited with his 40th win of the season. Although concerning at first, Montgomery shared some encouraging news on Ullmark.
Check it out here:
It will be interesting to see if either Ullmark or Jeremy Swayman start on Thursday with Boston locking up the wins and points records already.
Perhaps a first career start for AHL All-Star Brandon Bussi?
