The only problem with being the best is that everyone else wants nothing more than to beat you. That's exactly what the Florida Panthers did to the Boston Bruins in the opening round of the playoffs.

Compliments From the Opposition

Even though the Panthers had a dramatic overtime win in game seven at TD Garden, and Matthew Tkachuk was a big part of that, the All-Star winger had nothing but nice things to say about the Bruins.

As per NBC Sports:

''The talent they have over there in Boston, the guys who have done it for years, their core is unbelievable.''

''The fact that we were able to do what we did after what they've done all year, and obviously just so much respect for those guys who've done it forever, and the young players coming in. They're an unreal team. The best I've played in my NHL career. So the fact that we were able to beat them in the playoffs is crazy.''

- Matthew Tkachuk

Tkachuk, 25, led all players in the series with 11 points (5 goals and 6 assists) in 7 games. That includes the primary assist on the series-winning goal by teammate Carter Verhaeghe.

As much as Tkachuk is an easy guy to dislike, he's a heck of a player that would make any team in the NHL better.

Tkachuk and the Panthers are in Toronto tonight for game one of their second-round series against the Maple Leafs. Who do you have winning the series?
