NHL Issues A Major Announcement Regarding Bruins Captain Brad Marchand
With the Boston Bruins getting ready to faceoff against the Vegas Golden Knights, the NHL has made a major announcement regarding Boston Bruins captain, and Jack Eichel ahead of their game.
Despite all the trade rumours Boston Bruins captain Brad Marchand has been involved in this year, he has done a great job at blocking out the noise, and trying to help his team make the playoffs.
The Bruins currently sit just one point out of a wildcard spot, and with it being their final game before the two week break, getting a win tonight would be massive for the team.
Marchand sits second on the Bruins team in scoring this year with 19 goals, 24 assists for 43 points in 56 games.
NHL makes a big announcement regarding Brad Marchand and Jack Eichel
The Boston Bruins are hosting the Vegas Golden Knights today at TD Garden, and their will be nine different players playing today between the two teams that will go on to faceoff against each other when Boston and Montreal hosts the Four Nations Faceoff tournament.
Jack Eichel (USA) and Brad Marchand (CAN) are two of nine #4Nations Face-Off players in action when the @GoldenKnights visit the @NHLBruins on ABC and @ESPNPlus in the final contest at TD Garden before the tournament takes over the venue on Feb. 17.
The Bruins are coming off of a tough loss to the New York Rangers where they allowed them to score a late goal in the third period, short handed to lose 3-2 in regulation.
Today the team will be looking to have a happy ending before going on their two week break for the Four Nations Faceoff tournament.
