Patrice Bergeron recently retired, leaving behind a great footprint in the Bruins organization. However, he may not be done with them.
The former Captain recently opened up about being a coach someday.
A lot of former players have been going behind the bench nowadays. One player I can see in the future becoming a coach is Jonathan Toews once he gets his body right, as he was sitting out most of last season due to an immune system illness.
Patrice going behind the bench could be a really good thing, as he can teach the kids some things, but just in general his hockey knowledge is top notch. He clearly loves the fans and organization, so don't be shocked if he's a coach in the next few years or so.
