On February 13, the Boston Bruins revealed plans to honor Brad Marchand for his monumental achievement of reaching 1,000 career NHL games.
The celebration will take place on February 19, during the Bruins' matchup against the Dallas Stars at TD Garden.
Marchand, a Bruins draftee since 2006, will mark his 1,000th game milestone on February 13 against the Tampa Bay Lightning. Standing at 5-foot-9 and 176 pounds, the forward has showcased his prowess in 52 games this season, tallying 48 points with a notable plus-eight rating.
