Matthew Tkachuk Gets Sent Flying After Massive Hit
Saturday's clash between the Detroit Red Wings and the Florida Panthers heated up with some intense moments.
Red Wings' Jake Walman set the tone with a massive hit on Panthers' star Matthew Tkachuk, causing him to tumble awkwardly over Walman's back and land hard on the ice.
Tkachuk's fall, especially on the back of his head and neck, looked alarming, but he managed to get up and skate off to the bench on his own, reassuring everyone.
Despite the scare, Tkachuk's resilience suggests he'll shake it off without any major injury concerns.
