Even while dealing with some major injury issues throughout the season, the Boston Bruins have remained competitive and hung on to a playoff spot.
The team currently sits in third place of the Atlantic Division just one point behind the second place Toronto Maple Leafs.
A big part of their success has been the ability to rally together especially in back to back situations. The team is 6-1-1 in the second game of a back to back.
"Guys pick each other up around here," head coach Bruce Cassidy said. "So they understand if someone, a major part of the lineup is out, they've got to pick it up."
With that kind of push during back to backs, the upcoming All-Star break will be greatly appreciated by the bruised up team.
