Bruins Sign Defenseman To Contract Extension.

The Boston Bruins and general manager Don Sweeney made a contract announcement on Friday.�
Sweeney announced the team has signed defenseman Jeremy Lauzon to a two-year contract extension through the 2021-22 season with an annual NHL cap hit of $850,000. ��
From the Bruins press release:�
The 6-foot-1, 205-pound defenseman has scored two goals in 23 career NHL games with Boston, while adding three goals and 24 assists for 27 points in 126 career AHL games with Providence.�
Prior to joining the professional ranks, Lauzon played four seasons with Rouyn-Noranda of the QMJHL from 2013-17. He played in 200 career QMJHL games, totaling 35 goals and 95 assists for 130 points with 282 penalty minutes and a plus-81 rating.
