The Boston Bruins and general manager Don Sweeney announced some roster moves on Monday.�
The team has signed veteran forwards Lee Stempniak and Daniel Winnik to professional tryouts.�
Stempniak has 13 seasons of NHL experience having put up 469 points in 909 games including 16 goals and 24 assists two seasons ago in Carolina.�
Winnik has a total of 11 seasons of NHL experience with 251 points in 798 games played. Like Stempniak, Winnik had a respectable 2016-17 with 12 goals in 72 games for the Washington Capitals.�
