While the world is in self-quarantine, Boston Bruins' general manager Don Sweeney has been getting busy. Sweeney has already signed 2017 4th round pick Jeremy Swayman and 2019 1st round pick Johnny Beecher. Now Sweeney has dipped into the free agent market and snatched up arguably the top available NCAA free agent. NHL insider Elliotte Friedman reports that the Bruins have signed Jack Ahcan from St. Cloud St. The 22 year old defenseman had seven goals and 18 assists last year in 33 games. Ahcan was never drafted despite playing for Team USA at the 2017 World Juniors.
