NHL Makes It's Decision Regarding Borowiecki Elbow.

The NHL Department of Player Safety has made their decision regarding the dirty elbow Ottawa Senators defenseman Mark Borowiecki threw at rookie defenseman Urho Vaakanainen.�
The NHL has decided to suspend Borowiecki for one game.�
The Sens defenseman has already been suspended once before back in 2016 for boarding Los Angeles Kings forward Tyler Toffoli.�
