Derek Forbort drops the gloves after high hit from Jacob Trouba

There's nothing better than an Original Six matchup on a Saturday afternoon, especially when the teams are two of the best in the entire NHL.

With the Bruins hosting the Rangers at TD Garden, things got heated early on after a high hit from Jacob Trouba (surprise). That led to Garnet Hathaway challenges Trouba and ended with Derek Forbort and Jimmy Vesey dropping the gloves.

The fight is Forbort's ninth of his career and first since February 1st, 2022. The defenseman is also celebrating his 31st birthday today.
