Is there any player mode consistent than Patrice Bergeron?
The Bruins captain is in his 19th season with the team and somehow, is on pace to have a career-year. At age 37, Bergeron scored his 14th of the season Wednesday night in against the Devils.
And according to Scott McLaughlin of WEEI, the veteran is well on his way to beating a personal best.
''Bergeron is on pace for 33 goals this season. His career high is 32.''
Bergeron has scored 32 in a season twice. First, in 2015-16 (80 GP) and again in 2018-19 (65 GP). His career-high for points also came in the 18/19 season with 79.
