The Boston Bruins put together another win last night which marked four straight for the B's.
The win gives the Bruins a nine point lead on the Tampa Bay Lightning for first place in the Atlantic Division.
While the Bruins haven't officially clinched a playoff spot yet, they're pretty much guaranteed to get in.
According toThe Athletic's projection model, they have a 100% chance of getting into the playoffs and a 13% chance at winning the Stanley Cup.
That 13% chance is only the second highest though with The Athletic giving the Tampa Bay Lightning a 20% chance at winning the Stanley Cup.
Are you surprised that the model is giving the Lightning a 7% higher chance at winning the Cup?
