When it comes to 40 year olds working out in Boston and looking like beasts, it's usually Tom Brady who steals all the headlines.
However Boston�Bruins captain Zdeno Chara is right there with him, and while Brady has started his preseason with the�Patriots, Chara is still ripping the gym waiting for his training camp.�
Chara recently posted one of of his latest workouts on Instagram and the 6'9" defenseman definitely looks healthy and ready to go.�
