Top prospect going back to university
Highly regarded prospect Logan Cooley has decided to forgo signing an entry-level deal with the Arizona Coyotes, opting to return to the University of Minnesota for another year.
Cooley, who recorded an impressive 60 points in just 39 games last season, proved his mettle as a dynamic player. His exceptional performance didn't end there, as he went on to win a gold medal at the World Junior U-20 Championship, tallying an impressive 7 points in 7 games.
Cooley's decision to continue his development at the collegiate level shows his commitment to honing his skills before potentially making the jump to the professional ranks.
