Behind the scenes footage of the Florida Panthers and the refs says it
The Bruins find themselves in a tough position down 3-1 to the Florida Panthers. Following their recent loss a photo surfaced the internet showcasing the real reason the Boston Bruins are losing the series.
The photo showed Panthers player Oliver Ekman-Larsson hugging an NHL official after their most recent game which raised eyebrows of some fans. This has sparked a lot of discussion around the league that the officials might be favouriting the Florida Panthers.
One incident fans are pointing to saying Florida is getting favourited is the Brad Marchand situation when he got sucker punched by Sam Bennett in game 3 injuring him.
Regardless if the Panthers are being favourited by the NHL or not this is not a good look for the NHL at all. The Bruins still have a tough challenge ahead having to climb back from a 3-1 lead.
