Boston Bruins bring back a fan favourite theme
The Boston Bruins have brought back the documentary series, called "Behind The B" for 2024-2025.
This is the 12th season of the show, which premiered on YouTube airing on September 16th, 2024. The episode saw Elias Lindholm at the Boston Red Sox game, throwing out the first pitch.
It is narrated by Denis Leary, a native Bostonian, and Boston Bruins fan who has lent his voice to the show since its inception in 2013.
Tonight after the Bruins game against the Philadelphia Flyers, another episode will air.
Episode 1 Detailed offseason moves as well, such as the Linus Ullmark trade which sent the Vezina Trophy winner to Ottawa, for a slew of assets including Joonas Korpisalo.
Don Sweeney is prominently featured, as the 1st episode covered the NHL Draft as well when the Bruins selected Dean Letourneau with the Ottawa Senators' 25th Overall pick.
It sounds like Letourneau was the B's target from the get-go during the draft.
Also included in Episode 1 if you haven't caught it yet is Jim Montgomery is addressing the start of the development camp. Montgomery would stress the importance of doing their job the best, so they can make the Bruins the best in the league.
He stressed effort, in all the battles on the ice.
"Behind The B" is the best way to catch your Bruins in a setting you always want to see, with the decision-makers, and with the players off-ice during the off-season.
It's exciting to see another season of one of the league's best series, with Denis Leary keeping it status quo.
