Pastrnak Becomes First NHL Player this Century to Achieve Feat

Like the Bruins, forward David Pastrnak has had a very special season that will see him as a Hart finalist, but his latest accomplishment may be the most impressive.

Reaching New Heights!

With his 54th, 55th and 56th goals of the season on Saturday against the Penguins, Pastrnak also notched his first career 100-point season. He's also in the top-10 of plus-minus with a +32 so far.

Pasta, 26, is enjoying a career-high in goals (56) and points (103), and with an assist against the Blues on Sunday, tied his personal best of 47 assists.

The closest to accomplish such since the turn of the century, was Alexander Ovechkin during the 2007-08 season, when he recorded 65 goals, 112 assists and was +28.

The last to do so, was one of Pastrnak's heroes, Jaromir Jagr, who registered 62 goals, 149 points and was +31 for the Penguins in the 1995-96 season.
