Rangers player injured right before tonight game against the Bruins
During a recent scrimmage, Rangers' star player and alternate captain, Mika Zibanejad, left the ice in pain, causing concern among fans and the team.
Reports from the scene described the situation,
"Oh, boy. Not sure exactly how it happened, but they just had to stop play because Mika Zibanejad was hunched over in pain. Looked like he was favoring his right arm and went to the bench very gingerly."
Following this incident, Zibanejad made his way to the locker room, raising further questions about the severity of his injury. As the scrimmage continued, it was evident that Zibanejad wouldn't be returning anytime soon.
Losing a key player like him, even temporarily, could pose a significant challenge for the Rangers. Fans anxiously await updates on his condition, hoping for a swift recovery.
Unfortunately, this means he won't be able to join the lineup for the upcoming game against the Bruins.
