Despite a significant offseason overhaul that saw a mass departure of talent from the Boston Bruins, David Pastrnak appears oblivious to the changes, continuing his offensive excellence with unwavering prowess.

"From an 18-year-old rookie tallying 27 points in 47 games to the prolific goal-scorer who notched an impressive 61 goals and 52 assists in the Bruins' historic 2022-23 season, Pastrnak defies his nickname, getting better with age," commented sources close to the team

"In the current season's 15 games, the elite right-wing has amassed 11 goals, 13 assists, and 24 points, showcasing an undiminished skill set. Not even the retirements of Bruins' top centers, Patrice Bergeron and David Krejci, seem to hinder Pastrnak's performance."

Head coach Montgomery expressed his initial concerns, saying,

«I thought he would have a harder time producing without Bergy and obviously Krejci to work with." However, Pastrnak, unfazed, embraced the challenge, responding, "Yeah, I'm expecting it. Don't worry about it.»

"The 27-year-old Czechia native has registered eight multi-point games this season, being held off the scoresheet in only three contests.

On pace for a remarkable 131 points and 60-plus goals, Pastrnak's impact extends beyond scoring, as he has evolved into a physical presence on the ice."

Montgomery acknowledged this transformation, stating,

"I thought he's been physical the last couple of games. I like it better when the puck is on his stick. But, I love the fact that he's trying to lead us by playing the right way."
