Sweeney and Bruins complete 3 player move ahead of elimination game

Boston Bruins General Manager Don Sweeney announced today a series of roster adjustments as the team prepares for their upcoming games. Forwards Patrick Brown and Jayson Megna, along with goaltender Brandon Bussi, have been recalled from the AHL's Providence Bruins. Concurrently, goaltender Michael DiPietro has been assigned to Providence.

Patrick Brown, who has appeared in 11 games for Boston this season, tallied 32 points in 42 games with Providence. Jayson Megna, featured in one game for Boston this year, recorded 56 points over 69 games in the AHL. Both bring seasoned experience to the Bruins' lineup.

Brandon Bussi, a 25-year-old goaltender, played 41 games for Providence this season, maintaining a 2.67 goals against average and a .913 save percentage. His performance helped shape a solid season in the AHL, where he appeared in four playoff games, achieving a .922 save percentage.
