The Boston Bruins have re-signed fan favourite goaltender Brandon Bussi

With all the on going trade talks involving Bruins goaltender Linus Ullmark, the Bruins have re-signed a fan favourite goaltender in their organization in Brandon Bussi.

There are a lot of believes that Brandon Bussi will serve as Jeremy Swayman's backup this year, if/when the Bruins finally complete a trade with Linus Ullmark.

The Boston Bruins have signed Bussi to a one-year two-way deal with a cap hit of $775k.

Brandon Bussi has been good for the Providence Bruins, where he has spent his entire career so far.

The 25-year old had a record of 23-10-5 with a 2.67 GAA and a .913 SV%.

The Bruins did call up Bussi for a couple of games last year, but never saw any action and just served as the backup to Jeremy Swayman.
