The Edmonton Oilers have fought back from being down 3-0 against the Panthers to force a game 7, and can become just the second team in NHL history to comeback from being down 3-0 and win the Stanley Cup, lastly done by the Toronto Maple Leafs in 1942.
Tomorrow will be the final NHL game of the season as the Florida Panthers and Edmonton Oilers will face off in game 7, winner take all.
This could either be the greatest comeback in NHL history or the biggest blowout if the Panthers lose it.
Things aren't looking good for the Panthers following a report that was made today. During morning skate it was reported that both Sergei Bobrovsky and Aaron Ekblad were both missing from the morning skate.
Florida Panthers head coach Paul Maurice was not willing to give a statement on whether or not the two players were dealing with injuries or not.
Although he did say that both Aaron Ekblad and Sergei Bobrovsky will be ready to go for game 7 tomorrow.
Sitting Bobrovsky for morning skate might have been a move by the Panthers head coach to get him back into form, or due to him being overworked, as he has been stellar for the Panthers all playoffs, but the workload could be catching up to him.
