What Happened To The Player That Disrespected Gary Bettman

In the 2015 NHL Draft, the Ottawa Senators chose Colin White as their first-round pick, 21st overall.

However, an awkward incident unfolded during the draft as White greeted everyone from the Senators' management except for Gary Bettman, who appeared to expect a handshake from him.

Over the years, White established himself in the NHL and joined the Florida Panthers' lineup as a depth player in July 2022, after playing 68 games in the 2022-2023 season.

Despite making it to the Stanley Cup Finals, the Panthers fell short of winning the championship.

During the postseason, White made notable contributions with two assists, seven shots on goal, and accumulated 6 penalty minutes in 21 games. His performance showcased his abilities on the ice.
