Marchand Lays A Massive Hit On Flyers Defenseman
In his first game as captain of the Boston Bruins, Brad Marchand wasted no time making his presence felt.
Despite a sluggish start that saw the Bruins trailing 10-1 in shots against the Flyers, Marchand sparked a change. He delivered a thunderous hit on Victor Mete, aiming to inject momentum into the team.
Later on into the first period the Bruins went down 2-1 and Marchand still didn't feel the team had much momentum and decided to take things into his own hands again as after a whistle he started shoving around multiple Flyers trying to give the Bruins some momentum.
