The Worst Has Been Confirmed for Bruins Defenseman

Earlier today, head coach Jim Montgomery provided an estimate on Derek Forbort's injury, but now, the worst has been confirmed.
Staying Extra Cautious
Forbort sustained a lower-body injury when he blocked a shot in Buffalo on Saturday. According to Puck Empire, the Bruins have announced that Forbort is officially done for the regular season.
With the Bruins locked in a playoff spot and most likely the President's Trophy, they'll have to make sure to be extra safe with any degree of injury.
