A former Boston Bruins fan favourites career has officially hit rock bottom after a recent announcement.

It was announced today by the St. Louis Blues General Manager Doug armstrong that Torey Krug a former fan favoruite in Boston was diagnosed with pre-arthritic changes to his left ankle.

This injury has developed from a previous injury he suffered earlier in his career.

Armstrong announced that Krug will undergo rehab work during the next 6-8 weeks and than he will be re-evaluated to see if he will require surgery or not.

The team announced that Krug is currently listed as out indefinitely, but if he has to undergo surgery than he will be out for the entire 2024-25 season.

Torey Krug has been diagnosed with pre-arthritic changes in his left ankle and will be re-evaluated in 6-8 weeks.

If surgery is necessary, Krug would miss the entire 2024-25 season.

This news comes not long after a report that Torey Krug may be getting bought out by the St. Louis Blues, which would just add insult to injury to the former Boston Bruin.
