The Boston Bruins have some time off before they play the New Jersey Devils on Thursday and we've already seen some changes.
Head coachBruce Cassidy had demoted David Pastrnak to the second line on Monday while giving Jake DeBrusk a boost to the first line.
Cassidy explained the move will likely stay for Thursday as he hopes to get DeBrusk and David Krejci going on their respective lines.
Pastrnak of course had a late start to the season after surgery but did return a bit earlier than expected.
At just 24 years old, Pastrnak has a lot of hockey left in him but he made some comments today that had some Bruins' analysts wondering just how much hockey is left.
"I'm still pretty young, though it doesn't feel like it anymore. When I get a day off I feel like shit the next day. Feel like I'm getting a little older."
What do you think of Pastrnak's comments?
After 397 NHL games, it really sounds like the NHL is taking a toll on the forward.
