Arizona State University, with whom the Arizona Coyotes will share an arena, announced the name of their new stadium on Tuesday, a name that will surely add to the negative comments about the organization.
The Coyotes' next arena will officially be called Mullet Arena.
On Thursday, the Coyotes announced that they had reached an agreement with the Atlanta Gladiators to become their new ECHL affiliate. This might have been great news at first, but it makes the NHL club look even worse:
Just a friendly reminder, the Mullet Arena, where the Coyotes will play for the next few years only has about 5,000 seats. The whole situation becomes more and more ridiculous.
It makes you wonder what Gary Bettman sees in keeping a team in Arizona. It's really embarrassing for him and the league.
