Patrice Bergeron left tonight's game against the Islanders after a David Pastrnak one-timer deflected into his face.
The whistle was blown immediately, and Bergeron quickly headed down the tunnel for repairs.
*UPDATE* Bergeron is already back on the bench. The captain was sporting a nose clog but didn't seem any worse for wear!
