MUST-SEE: Forbort gets a hand from McAvoy after equipment malfunction

Derek Forbort was caught in an awkward situation early tonight against the New York Islanders.

David Pastrnak took an early cross-checking penalty which Boston killed off thanks to a big play from Forbort. The Bruins defenseman broke a skate blade on a beauty kick save from an Islanders shot.

When he couldn't skate (obviously), he got an extra hand from teammate Charlie McAvoy, who pushed him to the bench for a change. Check it out:
