Not long after the Boston Bruins made history by becoming the fastest team to record 50 wins in a season, the club announced a roster transaction.
As per the Bruins PR:
''Boston Bruins General Manager Don Sweeney announced today, March 11, that the team has recalled forward Jakub Lauko from Providence on an emergency basis.'' It makes sense because the Bruins are set to begin a five-game road trip starting in Detroit on Sunday and ending next Sunday in Buffalo.
Lauko, 22, has appeared in 12 NHL games this season, registering 3 goals and 2 assists.
