Breaking News - NHL Announces Marchand Decision
On Wednesday, Brad Marchand appeared in front of the NHL to appeal his suspension for his infractions stemming from a game against he Pittsburgh Penguins.
The Bruins' forward felt his 6 game suspension was unfair and almost entirely based on his suspension history and not the act he had committed.
Today it has been announced that NHL Commissioner, Gary Bettman was upholding the suspension.
This would force Marchand to sit fort the full 6 games awarded to him by NHL Player Safety.
Essentially boils down to 2 games for the punch, 2 games for the high-stick to Jarry's face and 2 additional games for Marchand's previous similar conduct. - Frank Seravalli
