The Boston Bruins might be down one of their top 4 defensemen for tonight's game in Ottawa against the Senators.

The B's D-man needed stitches after being cut by Linus Ullmark's skate this morning during the pregame skate reports The Athletics Fluto Shinzawa reports:

Muphy's Law of Boston Sports Now followed that up with: https://twitter.com/MurphysLaw74/status/1495104920533581827?t=FnHK4T-oc8y8FxybCuL-qw&s=19&fbclid=IwAR22cL7YbFcniGSgmrjN7qgIUq4jzWtzuRy7b100dC9khMH7iJAiV8d_QDI

Carlo, 25 has been a steady presence inside Bruce Cassidy's top 4 this season. The stay-at-home defenceman has 3 goals and 3 assists this season in 46 games while logging 19:39 of ice time nightly. Quite a big hole on the back end for the Bruins if he misses any time.

The Bruins take on the Senators tonight a 7pm ET on the road in Ottawa
