The Bruins legend was in Boston from April 1st to April 3rd to host his annual Willie O'Ree Skills Weekend.
The city of Boston hosted 55 kids ages 12 to 14 from several hockey programs across the United States and Canada to attend on-ice and off-ice activities with the former Bruin.
Special guests included Bruins alumni Andrew Raycroft and Graeme Townshend, television host Ashley Mitchell and members of the Boston Pride.
It was also the first time that O'Ree had been in TD Garden to see his number 22 hanging in the rafters. He was unable to attend the number retirement ceremony back on January 18th due to coronavirus concerns.
