Thursday night's game between the Tampa Bay Lightning and Vegas Golden Knights was a heavyweight tilt that went all the way to overtime, and it had some fireworks along the way.

Going into the third period down 3-1, a frustrated Lightning team - that has lost five of their last six games - started getting extra physical. More specifically, when Patrick Maroon was hit after the whistle, and his retaliation started an all out line brawl.

The ten players on the ice were Keegan Kolesar, Brett Howden, Teddy Blueger, Nicolas Hague and Zach Whitecloud for the Golden Knights. Along with Maroon, Corey Perry, Michael Eyssimont, Zach Bogosian and Haydn Fleury, all whom were handed 10 minute misconducts.

When it was all said and done, the officials handed out a total of 144 penalty minutes on the play.

Tampa would eventually even the game up and send it to overtime, ultimately losing 4-3 on a Alec Martinez game winner.
