Boston Bruins captain Zdeno Chara is currently the oldest player in the NHL at 42 years old.
While he might be the oldest, he's still one of the league's top defenseman and even if he's not getting nominated for a Norris, he's still getting the job done.
Chara has been more open the last couple of years and has enjoyed taking part in social media, especially his Instagram account.
This week he posted a hilarious photoshop picture about him being the oldest player in the NHL and it's pretty legendary.
He also added a heartfelt caption regarding the honor it's been to be in the league so long.
"It's hard to believe I'm now the oldest active player in the NHL. It's been a long time since my rookie season but this game always keeps me young. Having the opportunity to play in the league all these years with and against the best players in the world has taught me time and time again that it's a humbling game and age is just a number!"
